Terms for using Total Joint Voyage.
Last updated May 3, 2026. Total Joint Voyage is operated by Sherlock Health, Inc. By creating an account, opting into SMS, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and account use
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or legal guardian's consent, to use Total Joint Voyage. Keep your sign- in credentials private and use the platform only for your own account or for a patient you are authorized to assist.
SMS messaging terms
By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Total Joint Voyage related to your care. Message types include appointment reminders, intake-completion nudges, surgical-clearance status updates, joint-class confirmations, and post-operative education prompts.

- Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for promotional purposes.

Acceptable use

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or to the email or mobile number associated with your account. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
